OUR STORY

Founded in May 1, 2021 by founders Chef Marlon de Guzman and Chef Bevily Villeza. Whisk n' Plate Culinary has come a long way and slowly we will managed to start. When Chef M and Chef B first started out, his/her passion for Food and cooking evolved, providing the best for every prospective client, student and customer.

 

This passion drove both of our Chefs to do intense research and gave the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into a booming training center and diner.

 

We will serve customers all over Dubai, soon in all Emirates of UAE and are thrilled to be a part of the competitive world of Culinary. We offer trainings and dining, exploring to create and cook that will help you understand world cultures, customs and flavors.

 

You will also learn about skills like eating healthy food, cooking method, food handling, budgeting your money, knowing about food costing and save some cash. Cooking is less expensive than eating at restaurants, fast food joints and school cafeterias.

MEET OUR CHEFS

Our Chefs provides a hands on training and facilities for those pursuing cookery as a hobby or lifestyle.
Whisk n' Plate interactive cooking class will teach the students to create their own signature dishes, everything from exquisite local dishes to a mouth watering international cuisines. From tantalizing desserts to regional favorites cuisines.

The Best part is they can offer and sell their food creations to our diners from a simple family lunch gathering and a night to remember dinner dates.

Marlon de Guzman

An Entrepreneur, owner of MSIJ BioEnergy Trading, M&S Printing and Talk & Hang Outs Diner (THOD) in Batangas City, Philippines.

An Engineer by profession, hence Culinary Chef  in heart. Passion for food and culinary arts drive him to visualize and envision the concept of combining the training hub and diner like Whisk n' Plate Culinary.

Bevily Ardina Villeza

Chef Bevily known as "Chef Bev" has a distinct taste and passion in arts and food.
A culinarian and a graduate of BSHRM in Mindanao State University,Main campus in Marawi City. With a Masters Degree in Business Management. A Professor in the field of International Hospitality Management.

With all this God given talent , and her dream to become an entrepreneur she wants to pursue a training hub and a diner together with his business partner Chef M, and soon to rise Whisk n Plate Culinary.

Whisk n' Plate Culinary is a distinctive cookery experience, created after recognizing an unmet need in Dubai’s foodies and culinary enthusiasts.

Located in the heart of Al Rigga Dubai, the diner & training hub is an ideal place to socialize, meet people and enjoy great cooking classes in Dubai. With a fresh and minimalist design, the diner serves up to 30 people in a relaxed atmosphere ensuring memorable culinary experiences.

We provide comprehensive culinary courses to choose from, these include baking, international cuisines, patisserie, gourmet, dessert decoration, culinary art and more. The training hub features state-of-the-art kitchen studios, fully equipped stations and demonstration areas, our cooking classes provide hands-on training guided by experienced chefs.

We welcome you to a culinary experience like no other in Dubai, catered to gourmet cuisine lovers and culinary enthusiasts.
